Exclusive Interview with a Grassroots Community Program
Today we met up with an educator at a grassroots community education program to talk all about healthy eating and the importance of living a healthy lifestyle.
Some of the key takeaway point to everyone looking be a healthier and happier person are to:
Reduce our sugar intake
Reduce salt intake
Reduce alcohol intake (no more then two standard drinks per day)
Find 30 minutes of physical activity per day
Eating foods high in fibre
Eating grains, fruit and vegetables whenever you can
Find at least 2 serves of fruit per day
